Deidra Montgomery was a member of the class of 2010 at Amherst College. She majored in music and wrote a senior honors thesis about Sacred Harp Singing in Western Massachusetts. She began singing Sacred Harp during her freshman year at Amherst and remains an active singer even after graduation.
